Research Use Only (RUO) Policy

Products are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified researchers in appropriate controlled settings. They are not drugs, medications, dietary supplements, food additives, cosmetics, veterinary products, or any form of therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical intervention.

No Product has been evaluated or approved by the FDA (or COFEPRIS or any other regulatory authority) for prevention, treatment, diagnosis, mitigation, or cure of any disease or medical condition.

You are strictly prohibited from: using, administering, injecting, ingesting, inhaling, applying topically, or otherwise introducing any Product into or onto any human or animal body; using any Product as a drug, medication, supplement, or for any therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or clinical purpose; reselling or redistributing Products in a manner that misrepresents their RUO status; or providing Products to anyone for human or animal use.

By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, that your purchase is exclusively for laboratory research, and that you understand these products are not intended for consumption, administration, or application in humans or animals, nor for diagnosis, prevention, treatment, or cure of disease.

You assume full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable laws and laboratory safety standards.

Peptra Health may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and may suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe Products may be used inconsistently with this RUO Policy. We may request additional documentation regarding intended use before fulfilling an order.
