Cancellations and Returns Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, the order enters processing and may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded, whether or not it has shipped or been delivered.

This policy exists because we cannot verify the integrity of returned research compounds and because of the regulatory framework applicable to Research Use Only materials.

Exceptions apply only when Peptra Health shipped the incorrect Product, or the Product arrived with demonstrable physical damage or defect.

A valid claim requires: (a) email to support@peptrahealth.com within seven (7) calendar days of carrier-confirmed delivery; (b) your order number; (c) clear, time-stamped photographs of the shipping package, interior packaging, and affected Product; and (d) the Product retained in its original packaging.

Where a claim is approved, Peptra Health will, at its sole election, provide either a refund of the amount actually paid for the affected Product or a one-time replacement. This is your sole and exclusive remedy.

If a package is lost, delayed, or misdelivered in transit, you must first open a claim or search with the shipping carrier. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost or undeliverable, contact us with your order number and the carrier case number so we can help resolve the matter.

Filing a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback without first contacting Peptra Health to attempt resolution is a material breach of our Terms. Contact support@peptrahealth.com before disputing a charge with your financial institution.
