Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our facility within one business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship on Monday, excluding holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once the package has been handed to the carrier.

We ship primarily via UPS, with USPS used for select orders. Delivery estimates shown on the Website or at checkout (for example, 2–3 business days) are non-binding averages provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs (where applicable), order volume, and other factors outside Peptra Health's control.

Shipping is free on qualifying orders over $149 USD. Orders under that amount are charged a flat shipping rate as shown at checkout before you place the order.

Title to and risk of loss for Products pass to you when Peptra Health tenders the package to the shipping carrier. Once a tracking number has been generated, you bear risk of loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery while the package is with the carrier.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Packages sent to incorrect addresses you provided may not be recoverable. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error before the order ships.

Products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and shipped in packaging designed to protect the vials during normal transit. Cold packs are not required for lyophilized research peptides under our standard shipping methods. Refrigerate vials upon receipt according to product storage guidance.
